Sometimes we have to make important decisions about our family, our work or maybe we have a 

personal project or amazing ideas, but what happens when we don't have the courage to make that decisions? Ok someone else probably will make it and you will say: That was my idea!, that could be my victory. And believe me, I know a lot of it.

But when can I know what decision is really good and what is not?

Here is my personal experience about an important decision. The first decision was when I lived with my family in northern Argentina and there are not many opportunities for a software engineer. So you know buddy, I have to be the supplier of my family, so I have to do something big to generate money or consider another career. At that time my wife was studying at university and nobody wants to be away from his wife, ok almost. And I constantly received job proposals from other cities while our economic situation was becoming more difficult. And in moments like that 

you have not only your inner voice but it also you have your family, your friends and maybe your wife too telling you what is the best decision that you can make. What I do in moments like this? I think. I think in people, I think people who took risks and won. I think in persons like Steve Jobs, and I think in people who dared to win and you know what happened? They won. So, no much later I received a new job proposal from a little software company located in Buenos Aires, and believe me that no took a lot of time to make my big decision, and I said yes, I'm in. 

I told to my family the good news and I came here to begin again in this city.

The first time here was so dificult because I had projects and illusions, and nobody want to lose anything and less our dreams. But later everything was changing because thanks for being here I had and I have the possibilty to access to more opportunities, I mean job opportunities, training opportunities, opportunities, opportunities... So in one of those opportunities I had a very tempting job proposal, in fact, I have "job oportunities" all the time (but you are who have the power to make your decisions) and thinking so I said yes again. And what do you think? thanks to that now I can earn the same money working only the 35 percent of the time unlike what I did before. And now I can follow my dreams, I can work in my projects and spend quality time with my family. In other words it's perfect for me. 

Everytime I made imporant decisions, everytime I took risk, ever, before making anything I analyzed that could lose and I would win, with especially focus in my family.

We are taking risks all the time, is part of our lives but sometimes we can select which risks to take and which not so, do not panic when you should make it, in fact be happy with that and take a moment to think about it and run or jump seeing the goal and not the problem under you, because that is the right place for your problem.
